Toyota named Foundational Partner of Arlington GP
Grand Prix of Arlington officials announced Friday that Toyota signed on as its first Foundational Partner for the inaugural race weekend, taking place March 13–15, 2026.
Through this partnership, Toyota will bring its single-make Toyota GAZOO Racing North America GR Cup Series to the Grand Prix of Arlington, featuring two races over the weekend to compliment the NTT IndyCar Series event.
“We’re thrilled to have Toyota and the Toyota GR Cup series as a part of this historic motorsports event taking place in our home market,” said Paul Doleshal, general manager, motorsports and sponsorships, Toyota Motor North America. “Bringing the GR Cup to this event lets us showcase the incredible competition and skill of this series to a new audience. We’re excited for fans to experience this thrilling racing action right here in Toyota’s North American backyard.”
“Excitement is building as we prepare to bring world-class racing to Arlington’s streets for the very first time,” said Bill Miller, President of the IndyCar Grand Prix of Arlington. “Having Toyota on board as a Foundational Partner, and the GR Cup Series as part of our weekend lineup, adds an incredible layer of energy and prestige to our inaugural event.”
The IndyCar Grand Prix of Arlington will make its debut on the streets of Arlington, Texas, just steps from AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium in a first-of-its-kind partnership between the IndyCar, the Dallas Cowboys and REV Entertainment, the official events partner of the Texas Rangers.
